After a summer indulging in a few too many burgers and ice cream, I really need to get my butt back on track and lose some weight.
I feel like I say that all of the time but this time I really mean it. My clothes are fitting a little to snug for my liking and I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin. I really want to lose some fat and tone everything up. I don't want anything giggling or rubbing unless its supposed to ;) I not only want to feel good in my clothes but I want to know without a doubt that I have control over my cravings. I'm not going to call this a diet but a lifestyle change. Something that I can maintain for hopefully the rest of my life. Now I will not be as strict in the future as I am at the beginning only until it becomes a habit.
