Spring Fitness Challenge10:00:00 AM
So as spring quickly approaches I like most people started to think about my overall health and fitness and noticing that I have gained weight over the past few years. This is the most I have weighed my hole life and while I can fake confidence deep down I know that I am not happy with my weight. So I have decided to take control of my life and challenge myself to a three month health and fitness routine to get my body back in shape. I will use this as a jumpstart to living an overall healthier life, and having a toned hot bod doesn't hurt either. I will commit to eating clean natural foods that come from the earth. I will commit to working out 3-5 times per week and meditating everyday.
I know this will not be easy but I have to make a change for my own health.
