The Fashionable Hangover

Hey guys, I had a very fun weekend and because of that I wanted to do a fun post all about my post night out routine. I wanted to talk about the few things that I do to help my body bounce back after a night of drinking. So the first thing and most important in my opinion is trying to catch some zzzz's. Wether you are getting home at 1am or 6am sleep is very important, and having a comfortable mattress, sheets, and pillows from a company like Casper makes that so much easier. 

I also keep a giant bottle of water near me at all times because it is so important to rehydrate. After a night out I try to relax the next day, just lounging in bed or on my couch watching Netflix, reading magazines and taking it easy. My stomach is very sensitive after drinking so I try not to eat or drink anything to heavy so no greasy breakfast and no coffee. Instead I go for a refresing smoothie shown in the picture below. I know it may look unappealing but I promise you it tastes amazing.

Smoothie Recipe
handful of spinach 
2 frozen bananas
1/2 papaya 
2 kiwi's
handful of strawberries 
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup spring water
 *blend and enjoy

During this time I really try and pamper my skin because it can be very dehydrated and my pores are clogged.
