Health and Fitness Game

When 2015 rang in I like most people made the vow that this year I would loose weight. I would eat better, workout more and live a better healthier lifestyle. So on January 1st I made a schedule for working out and a list of what I should and shouldn't be eating and it made me feel really good, like I was doing something.
I tried not thinking about all of those past resolutions that I made like going vegan, taking cross fit, and learning a new language I mean the list goes on and on. This is how it happens at the beginning of January I am always filled with excitement and anticipation ready for this new lifestyle and the "new and improved Teeara". But like clockwork 2-3 weeks into it all of those resolutions I held dear seam to go by the waste side and I find myself at McDonald's inhaling a double cheeseburger and fries swearing that next time it will be different, and it never is. So with all of that ringing in my head I am looking to make 2015 the year it all happens. So here is a few pictures that I am using to motivate myself to finally get into shape and kick my butt in gear.

  1. Get fit and healthy is a resolution of mine too! (Well, trying too, haha) I think it's a mentality thing, focus on it and you'll get it, right? hahaha
